How does 2-step verification work?
This happens as part of your registration and it is really simple. When you enter your phone number you will receive a text message with a unique code. Enter this into the box to continue with your registration. Once your registration is complete and has been accepted by your practice you will also receive an email with a ‘Verify’ link. Click this link to complete your registration and begin booking your appointments.
These two 2-step verifications allow us to ensure that your mobile number and email address are correct and can be used to receive appointment reminders, receipts etc.
How is my data encrypted?
Pippo, the platform on which our booking systems is based, was built using the guiding principles of security by design. Pippo is encrypted in all aspects i.e. the database is encrypted using native AWS technologies, data disks are encrypted at rest and the transit of data is also encrypted. All aspects of Pippo use best-in-class encryption services to encrypt and protect all data both in transit and at rest.
My booking was declined - what should I do?
If your appointment has been declined we advise you to contact our clinic directly. You can also try to book another appointment slot and if you’re still having issues please contact the clinic.
